OVERVIEW At Dotify, we are committed to delivering high-quality workbooks to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products (consumable activity books designed for writing and drawing), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once an order has been processed.
However, we offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee if your book arrives damaged or defective.
SECTION 1 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES (REPLACEMENT POLICY) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligible issues for a free replacement include:
Torn covers or bent corners due to shipping.
Missing pages or printing errors.
Wrong book delivered.
How to Claim a Replacement:
Report Immediately: You must contact us at dotifycreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Proof Required: Please email photos or a video of the damage/defect.
Recommendation: We highly suggest taking a short unboxing video when you open the parcel. This makes approvals instant.
Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a replacement copy to you.
SECTION 2 - EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS As stated above, our workbooks are non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on:
Sale items or Gift Cards.
Personalized orders (Bulk/Return Gifts).
Items that have been used, written in, or colored.
SECTION 3 - EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Condition: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmarked (no writing/drawing), and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to our studio in India.
SECTION 4 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS You may cancel your order strictly within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, email us immediately at dotifycreations@gmail.com.
Once the tracking number is generated or the item has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
SECTION 5 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS For our international customers (outside India), the same Replacement Only policy applies regarding returns.
Damages: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us with photos. We will evaluate the extent of the damage and provide a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 6 - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) In the rare event that a refund is approved (instead of a replacement), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 5-10 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at dotifycreations@gmail.com.
