International Customs (Crucial): For orders shipped outside of India, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Dotify is not responsible for delays or fees caused by the customs department in your country.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY Your purchase is subject to our Refund & Replacement Policy [LINK], which states that:

All sales are final (no returns for change of mind).

We offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
