Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed at our studio in Madurai, India.

Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.

Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding Indian Public Holidays).

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The shipping time starts after the courier picks up your package.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the books and your location.

Domestic Shipping (India):

Carrier: We use premium courier partners (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery, or Speed Post) for reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location (Metro cities are faster; remote areas may take longer).

International Shipping (Global):

Carrier: We ship via [Insert your Carrier, e.g., DHL / Aramex / India Post International].

Estimated Delivery:

USA/UK/Europe: 10 to 15 business days.

Rest of World: 14 to 21 business days.

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery time can vary due to customs clearance procedures in your country.

3. International Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important) For orders shipped outside of India:

Your Responsibility: Dotify is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping costs and initial shipping fees from your refund.

4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout.

Customer Error: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because you were unavailable to receive it, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Dotify is not liable for delays caused by:

Natural disasters or bad weather.

Customs clearance delays.

Carrier strikes or operational failures.

If your package is lost in transit (no update for 30+ days), please contact us at dotifycreations@gmail.com, and we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.

7. Damaged During Shipping If your books arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos. Refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy  for more details.
